IMPORTANT: The best idea is to grab your favourite polo shirt and lay it flat on the bed. Then measure the distance between arm pit to arm pit. That will give you a half chest size and we will then be able to tell what size will suit you. Please choose carefully as returns will not be accepted (unless item is faulty).

Waist specifications are measured at the natural waist which are to be considered even though garments will generally fit lower.
